A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. We dispatch Cedar Crest units carrying industrial extraction pumps, air movers, and commercial dehumidifiers already loaded on the truck.
Too many Cedar Crest, MA families have called a big national number only to get bounced through hold music before a random subcontractor shows up hours later, so Hirex Water Damage built its Cedar Crest operation differently. Every technician on our Cedar Crest roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our senior technicians are IICRC-certified and have worked everything from a clean supply-line break to a full sewage backup, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Cedar Crest isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Cedar Crest, MA, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
We keep a stocked warehouse inside Cedar Crest, MA so equipment never has to be trucked in from another region, which is the difference between a 45-minute arrival and a next-day one.
Anyone in Cedar Crest who has had a supply line fail overnight knows the real cost isn't the leak itself, it's how long the standing water sits before someone with the right equipment arrives. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Cedar Crest call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Cedar Crest started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Cedar Crest line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Cedar Crest crews scale the response to match the loss — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Cedar Crest units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Cedar Crest, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Cedar Crest accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Cedar Crest crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Cedar Crest drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
Every Cedar Crest estimate is written and explained before work begins — no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
